We believe in offering our ParaVivalists the best value for their dollar, which is why we operate an online storefront only. We pass the savings from the overhead associated with a physical storefront on to you in our prices.
After we receive your order, you will get an order confirmation with your order’s details. All orders usually ship within 2-5 business days via USPS and when your order ships, we’ll send you a follow-up email with your tracking number.

We currently process all payments through PayPal, which you can use with your PayPal account or if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with PayPal using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
If either the billing address or shipping address is in the state of Illinois, then we are required to charge sales tax. Orders for all other states, US territories, or to Canada are not charged sales tax.

If you are a tax-exempt entity in the state of Illinois, just place your order like you normally would and after receiving your confirmation email, send us a copy of your tax-exempt permit. We’ll then refund you the applicable sales tax on your order.
